This indigo Bamberg silk jumpsuit is centred on a large hand-embroidered folk-art parrot — wings spread wide in teal, red, yellow and cream satin stitch, body filled with geometric patterns, tail feathers fanning out in layers of colour — with small hand-embroidered sequin flowers scattered all across the bodice and waist. The back has a V-neck with a self-fabric tie knot and a petal-shaped panel that drapes down the centre, and the side slits are finished with clusters of silk tassels in red and dark maroon that swing as she moves. The waist is elasticated for an easy, comfortable fit. Made to order at our Kolkata workshop, in sizes 6 months to 16 years.
