Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- All garments are made-to-order and typically ship within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in crafting each garment and ensure thorough quality checks. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong, we're here to help.
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- You receive a wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The item must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Customised or personalised pieces.
- Products purchased on sale, discount, or during promotions.
- International orders (outside India).
- Requests made beyond the return window.
Please note:
- We do not offer reverse pickups.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned items must pass a quality check before any further action.
If approved, you may:
- Exchange for a different product of the same or higher value.
- Receive a credit note (valid for 6 months) or Ladeeda Loyalty Points to be redeemed exclusively on www.ladeeda.in.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of the returned item.
Alterations
Alterations are offered under the following conditions:
- Free of charge within 30 days of delivery (subject to garment allowances).
- After 30 days, alteration charges will apply, depending on the request.
- Alteration requests are reviewed based on the physical feasibility of the garment. Ladeeda reserves the right to decline any request that cannot be accommodated.
- Alterations on sale garments will be chargeable and are not guaranteed.
- Ladeeda will not bear the shipping charges.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item is delivered.
- Once the returned item passes our internal quality check, a refund will be processed within 15–30 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are confirmed and processed for production.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, as each piece is made-to-order.
- Ladeeda reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
