Shipping & Returns


Shipping

  • All garments are made-to-order and typically ship within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in crafting each garment and ensure thorough quality checks. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong, we're here to help.

You may request a return or exchange only if:
  • You receive a wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.
To be eligible:
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
  • Customised or personalised pieces.
  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or during promotions.
  • International orders (outside India).
  • Requests made beyond the return window.
Please note:
  • We do not offer reverse pickups.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must pass a quality check before any further action.
If approved, you may:
  • Exchange for a different product of the same or higher value.
  • Receive a credit note (valid for 6 months) or Ladeeda Loyalty Points to be redeemed exclusively on www.ladeeda.in.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of the returned item.

Alterations

Alterations are offered under the following conditions:
  • Free of charge within 30 days of delivery (subject to garment allowances).
  • After 30 days, alteration charges will apply, depending on the request.
  • Alteration requests are reviewed based on the physical feasibility of the garment. Ladeeda reserves the right to decline any request that cannot be accommodated.
  • Alterations on sale garments will be chargeable and are not guaranteed.
  • Ladeeda will not bear the shipping charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item is delivered.
  • Once the returned item passes our internal quality check, a refund will be processed within 15–30 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are confirmed and processed for production.
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, as each piece is made-to-order.
  • Ladeeda reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
